'Chesapeake Estate' home sold in July 2020

Updated: Sep 10, 2020

A Chesapeake Estate home sold in July 2020 for $6.5 million, as is addressed in this article.

"The off-market sale, through the Ray White Whitsunday office, is the highest sale price achieved on the Whitsunday mainland since 2018, when Mandalay estate sold for $14 million to a Sydney family."

Further details regarding the property that was sold can be found at http://www.chesapeakewhitsundays.com/

This sale is yet further evidence that whilst the real estate market here in the Whitsundays might be said (by some) to remain somewhat quiet … it's far from dormant. In fact, I'd suspect that it's merely resting before the next inevitable lurch upwards.

I, personally, have certainly noticed an untick in interest over the past two months.
